BARLEY

Terms

The basics of using Barley.

Draft — owner/legal review required before launch.
Effective date: owner decision required before publication.

Accounts and plans

Creating a Barley account means you're setting up the product for your restaurant. The plan you choose determines the locations, staff seats, areas, and recipes available to your account -- see Pricing for current details.

Self-serve plans currently present a trial and owner-dashboard cancellation controls. Owner decision required before publication: confirm the trial length, whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the current period, and whether a paid period is prorated.

Refunds, credits, and taxes

Refund and credit policy: owner decision required. Do not treat this draft as promising refunds, credits, or trial-conversion exceptions until the approved policy is inserted here and matches the billing implementation.

Taxes: owner decision required. Confirm whether displayed prices include applicable taxes, which taxes may be collected, and the customer's responsibility before paid plans are enabled.

Data and responsible use

Barley is intended for authorized restaurant operators and their staff. Owner/legal review required before publication to confirm the approved language for data ownership, portability, acceptable use, service availability, and liability limits. The product uses operational data to provide the service; see Privacy for the current privacy notice.
