When you create a Barley account, we store the account and restaurant information needed to run the product -- your email, authentication details, and the operational data (staff, areas, inventory, schedules) your team enters while using it. That data belongs to your restaurant and is used to provide the service, not resold or shared with unrelated third parties.

We use standard session cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We don't sell any of this information.
